As Project Manager at Botres, your job is to connect all these pieces and turn complex renewable energy projects into successful reality.

We are looking for someone who enjoys ownership, solves problems before they become problems and can drive projects forward in a fast-growing international environment.

You will manage international EPC and renewable energy projects from development through execution and commissioning.

You will be responsible for ensuring that technical, commercial and schedule targets are achieved while aligning multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Overall coordination of international renewable energy projects
• Project planning, scheduling and resource management
• Budget, cost and risk control
• Stakeholder management across clients, suppliers and project teams
• Coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Operations
• Monitoring project performance and reporting to management
• Managing project risks and mitigation measures
• Supporting commissioning and project handover
• Continuous improvement of project execution processes

• Experience in technical project management, industrial projects or EPC environments
• PRINCE2®, IPMA, PMI/PMP or comparable project management certification, or willingness to obtain PRINCE2 certification within the first year of employment
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
• International mindset and willingness to travel
• Hands-on and solution-oriented approach

• German language skills
• Experience in renewable energy, biogas, biomethane, waste management or environmental technology
• Engineering and plant construction background
• Knowledge of EPC project environments

The successful candidate may be based in:

• Spain
• Austria

Regular travel to project sites and close collaboration with our teams is expected.

This is not a fully remote position.

Gross annual salary starting from €60,000.
The actual package will depend on qualifications, experience and responsibilities.
